Process

How certification works

From first application to a publicly verifiable certificate.

  1. Apply

Submit your organisation for intake review. WCI staff confirm eligibility before an assessment is opened.

  2. Complete the assessment

Answer framework questions and upload supporting evidence through a secure link — no account required.

  3. Review & scorecard

Responses are evaluated with AI assistance and reviewed by WCI analysts. You receive a published scorecard with pillar-level results.

  4. Certification decision

Certified organisations receive a unique certificate ID, valid for 24 months, that partners can verify publicly.
